To better implement lean management, improve operational skills, and expand work ideas: From March 12 to March 19, 2024, our company organized frontline production employees to go to Workshop 3 of Xiangxing Factory for a one week follow-up training and learning.
The main content of this learning includes two parts: the job operation ability and on-site management ability of production line employees. On the morning of the 12th, under the leadership of production supervisor Wang Minghui, a systematic visit and learning was conducted to the Xiangxing factory. In the afternoon, they followed the shift order to learn the corresponding job operation skills and on-site management. Throughout the learning process, our employees have strict discipline, are diligent in their studies, humbly seek advice, and demonstrate a good spirit.
Through this training and learning, we have benefited greatly: not only have everyone improved their cognitive and operational abilities for their respective positions, but they have also broadened their thinking on lean management on site, especially in the issues of process switching and on-site hygiene cleaning. They have been inspired and learned new methods.
We will leverage our strengths and weaknesses, continuously improve, in order to improve work efficiency, enhance the overall image of the company, and promote stable and healthy sustainable development of the enterprise!
